The Frankfurt Artists’ Society at the Willingshausen Art Gallery and the Gerhardt von Reutern House

One of the world’s oldest artists’ associations is exhibiting in Europe’s oldest artists’ colony. Twenty artistic works await you.

INK will present children’s book illustrations primarily from the Brunhilde Miehe Collection, but also from other collections, depicting the life of a child in the Schwalm region around 1940. Like the artists at the time the artists’ colony was founded, INK also takes up the Schwalm traditional clothing as a theme.
